Jamie Geller of the Joy of Kosher, gives the tip that if you massage the oil into the couscous before adding the boiling liquid, it prevents the couscous from sticking together.
For a herby taste and aroma to the couscous, add a handful of chopped parsley to the couscous just before serving. Or for a nutty taste, try some toasted almond slivers, or toasted pine nuts.
